OSCAR trained 30 youths (boys and girls) society activists and university teachers in a four-day workshop on nonviolence in Khost. The philosophy of the workshop was to empower youths in their civic responsibilities in countering extremism and shouldering responsibilities in governance.
OSCAR conducted a four day workshop on civic issues for 30 individuals, including students, teachers, tribal chiefs and civil society activists in Paktia. OSCAR celebrated the International Peace Day on 24th September 2016 in Gardez Province under the Theme, Role of Youths in Peace-building. The event was attended by 50 individuals, including religious scholars, tribal chiefs, youths, civil society activists and others.
